Thania is a graduate of Bachelor in Theology and an instructor for the Music Ministry Training at Victory Christian Fellowship, Every Nation Ministries.

She conducted workshops since 1997 until present for other churches such as Victory Christian Fellowship, Church of God, Day by Day New Jersey, Word International New Jersey. Rock Church and Jesus is Lord (JIL) Church Baclaran.

She is also a Cross Cultural Worship instructor at the Asian Center for Missions and instructor for Music/Chorale at the Victory Christian International School's Homeschool department.

Thania is a vocalist for VISION, a Christian singing group in the 90’s which includes Mon Faustino, Tricia Amper-Jimenez, among others.
